How to rejuvenate limp Kale (or other leafy greens). I took a bunch of limp Kale that had been in the fridge for over a week, and simply cut the stems to expose a fresh surface, put them in a jar of water and let the plant suck up the water.
The result was amazing. The Kale was crisp and very tasty. We actually wilted it down in a tomato pasta dish this particular time.
It took about 2 hours from start to finish to rejuvenate.
Don't throw out those wilted greens. As long as the leaves aren't damaged or "furry", this should work every time.
